From an early age I’ve been passionate about helping people. I’d like to share with you what I’ve studied and developed in the last 20 years as a therapist. After working together with so many people just like you, I’d love to help you with what challenges you are facing in your life.
Most of my life I held certain beliefs about myself, “I’m not good enough” (very common), “I’m stupid” (after being bullied in school by both teachers and other children), “others are more important than me”, “it will be cancer that gets me”, the list goes on and on. I came to realise that beliefs are just thoughts you keep thinking and that my limiting beliefs were really holding me back. I just felt like I wanted to hide. Working with some wonderful therapists, I was able to see just how much these beliefs were effecting me and my life.
I share this with you because having cleared many of my own limiting beliefs, I understand how hard it can be to go looking at yourself and my aim as a Coach is to provide a safe space to nurture the real you in a gentle way and at your pace. I meet you where you are and take you to where you want to go. By working on myself I believe I have become a more compassionate Coach.
Some people are more spiritual and some come from a more scientific background, I’ve helped both. I will tailer the sessions to fit who you are. I have huge respect for all people who are willing to take the steps to improve their lives as I understand how hard it can be.
How we work together
I work with you one-on-one and because of the current restrictions all sessions are held on-line. We will find the best method on-line platform to suit you. There are many to choose from.
I never tire of watching people grow and flourish on their journey to health and happiness.
